Untreated slurry solids quickly buildup and stick inside the auto scrubber tanks. These machines are not actually designed to pickup such heavy mud solids and sand.
To make these machines more effective, you can add our SlurrySafe AR and SlurrySep Floc to the catch tank. This has several benefits including; cleaning the tank interior, preventing slurry from hardening in the tank bottom, allowing for easy flushing and neutralising the high pH wastewater.
By reducing the hard packed slurry from sticking and building up inside the auto scrubber recovery tanks and keeping the slurry flocked; it will gravity discharge easier as it allows for rapid settling of the slurry inside the recycle tank and thus, is back to work faster.

Years ago, I got hurt really badly when I used Hydrochloric Acid to clean up some brick repair work on my barbecue area. This time I used SlurrySafe AR, and there was no danger at all. Didn't even have to use gloves.

This SlurrySafe product almost sounds too good to be true. But we used it ourselves and I saw first hand that it works exactly like they show on the demo videos. And it really was not harmful to our skin. Thank you Slurry Solutions Australia.
